We offer residents services through our THRIVE program. This voluntary five-year program offers support for those looking to improve their quality of life or economic situation through personal development and growth.
Alongside THRIVE, we offer a variety of rental and housing assistance programs for individuals coming from all walks of life.
We are the largest housing provider in Rock Island, supporting 815 households and 1,847 people. Not only do we provide housing, but we also invest in it and our community. We’ve invested around $84 million in Rock Island neighborhoods, helping us reinvent and redefine public housing within our community. We believe this investment is providing a supply of high-quality housing and has a positive impact on business investment and growth within the surrounding area. Our investments work toward creating a better, overall quality of life for those living in the region.
