THRIVE is a voluntary five-year program that provides a pathway for individuals who want to improve their quality of life and/or economic situation through personal development and growth!

THRIVE guides collaborate with public and private partners to help you develop the strategies and coordinate the resources and services to empower you to actively pursue and achieve your goals.

Work one-on-one with a coach to:

  • Complete or advance your education
  • Get the job training you need to advance your career
  • Learn how to increase your earned income
  • Increase your credit score
  • Achieve your financial goals
  • Prepare for homeownership

THRIVE Participants include anyone living in a Community Home Partners (CHP) rental home or apartment; or participates in a CHP rental assistance program. Whether you are eighteen and just starting out in life, or are a senior enjoying retirement, or someplace in-between, as a Thrive participant, you will be matched with appropriate existing resources, program partners service providers and experts to help you achieve your goals however you define them.
