The recommended changes to the Agency Plan of the Rock Island Housing Authority are on display for public review at the Authority’s office, 227 21st St., Rock Island, IL, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. A public meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026, at 2:00 pm at the Authority’s office for the public to review and submit comments on the Agency Plan.
