Community Home Partners (CHP) and Rock Island Housing Authority (RIHA) is providing notice that the waiting lists for the 3 BEDROOM waiting list for Project Based Vouchers for apartments at Douglas Park Place; 2 & 3 BEDROOM waiting list for Project Based Vouchers for apartments at Lincoln Residences; the 3 BEDROOM Tax Credit waiting list at Lynden Lane; and the Voss Brothers Lofts 2 Bedroom Market Rate will be closing on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 4:00pm.
