PUBLIC NOTICE
The Rock Island City Housing Authority (RIHA) is submitting a significant amendment to the Authority’s annual plan (2026) and five-year plan (2025-2029) to HUD. The annual and five-year plans will include the conversion of all of the RIHA’s 241 public housing units through HUD’s Small PHA Section 18/RAD Blend, Section 18 Disposition programs.
A public hearing for the annual plan and five-year plan significant amendment will be held on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, at the Rock Island Housing Authority Main Office, located at 227 21st St, Rock Island, IL 61201 to review the required updates.
A copy of RIHA’s significant amendments to the Authority’s annual plan and five-year plan may be obtained at the Rock Island Housing Authority Office at 227 21st St, Rock Island, IL 61201 to.
