Community Home Partners (CHP) is providing notice that the 2 BEDROOM waiting list for the Project Based Voucher Program for apartments at Two Rivers Point will be opening on Monday, November 6th, 2023 at 8:00am. Applications will be accepted at www.communityhomepartners.com . Additionally, the 1 BEDROOM waiting list for the Project Based Voucher Program for apartments at Two Rivers Point will be closing on Monday, November 6th, 2023 at 4:00pm. Applications will be accepted until this time at www.communityhomepartners.com .
