Community Home Partners (CHP) is providing notice that the 2 BEDROOM waiting list for the Project Based Voucher Program for apartments at Two Rivers Point will be closing on Monday, May 8th, 2023 at 4:00pm. Applications will be accepted until this time at www.communityhomepartners.com . The 1 Bedroom waiting list for Two Rivers Point will remain open.
