Rock Island Housing Authority (RIHA) is providing notice that the 1 BEDROOM waiting list for low-income public housing will be opening on Monday, March 2nd, 2026 at 8:00am. In accordance with the Tenant Selection Plan, we are providing public notice that the Voss Brothers Lofts 2 Bedroom Market Rate waiting list will be open beginning Monday, March 2nd, 2026 at 8:00am. These units rent at $885 per month and require a minimum monthly income of $1,328. Current HCV holders are encouraged to apply as well.
