The requirements contained in the Solicitation Documents shall apply to this Addendum. The work called for in this Addendum shall be the same as set forth in the applicable portions of the Solicitation Documents unless otherwise specified in this Addendum. All incidental work necessitated by this Addendum as required to properly complete the work shall be included in the response even though not specifically stated in this Addendum.
NUMBER 1: Question:
1. To ensure Quad City Bank & Trust provides Community Home Partners with the most accurate and competitive pro forma fee schedule, would CHP be willing to provide three months of recent account analysis statements?
Answer:
1A. We are looking for general information on the financial institution’s fee scheduling. We would be willing to provide three months of recent account analysis statements for the institution’s proposal that is selected going forward.
NUMBER 2: Question:
2. Regarding the line item for ‘Check Blocks’, could you please provide additional detail on the specific functionality required? We would like to confirm if this refers to standard Stop Payment services, a debit block for ACH/Check transactions or a specific Positive Pay requirement.
Answer:
2A. This refers to standard Stop Payment services, or, a debit block for ACH/Check transactions when such services are needed.
NUMBER 3: Question:
3. Could you clarify the intendent scope for the Investment Services request? Specifically, is Community Home Partners seeking information regarding institutional services such as a 401(k) plan administration and fiduciary oversight or are you interested in individual wealth management and financial planning resources provided as a benefit to you employees?
Answer:
3A. The intended scope of the Investment services request is to see what opportunities there are with the new banking partner to invest a % of operating funds in a product that leaves the funds liquid and accessible in the short term. The intended scope does not include 401K plan administration or fiduciary oversight or wealth management or financial planning.
NUMBER 4: Question:
4. Beyond the primary scope of the RFP, is Community Home Partners open to receiving proposals for the refinancing or consolidation of any current outstanding term debt or lines of credit held at other financial institutions? If so, please provide relevant debt schedules so that we may include a comprehensive credit proposal.
Answer:
4A. Not at this time since the debt arrangements are specific to the industry in most cases and have been set up in partnership with our investors.
