Monday’s Rock Island City Council meeting marks a significant and vital first step in the process of our latest development efforts. Our council members convened over the latest agenda which included a proposed motion to authorize the sale of land known as “Dingeldein” to Community Home Partners. In a unanimous decision the City Council passed the motion, and in doing so moving the agency one step closer to submitting a successful bid for the development of Veteran Homes.
