Community Home Partners (CHP) is taking an active role in creating more housing opportunities for the residents and families of Rock Island and the surrounding Quad Cities region. All CHP properties are high quality, professionally managed and beautifully maintained – and the best part? The application process couldn’t be easier. It’s all online, user-friendly, and can even be done from your mobile phone. Our process is broken down into 4 simple steps:
Step 1: Head to the Community Home Partner’s website
Step 2: Find the property you’re interested in
Step 3: Create a user ID and password
Step 4: Update your information and submit!
Once submitted, your application will be sent to the appropriate properties’ waitlist – the applicant will receive a letter from CHP within the week.
Most families living in or seeking rental assistance have at least one family member that works part-time, and many work full-time. There are no qualifications to apply. You heard that right, none! Once you are on a waitlist, depending on the property and program, there are some small things screened for – but we will get into that once you are accepted!
