If you are currently living in a Community Home Partners (CHP) rental home or apartment; or participate in a CHP rental assistance program, you have access to resources and services through THRIVE Resident Services.
The THRIVE Program is a voluntary five-year program that is part of the Community Home Partners Resident Services Program, and it helps connect participants with local resources and one-on-one coaching and mentoring. A coach can help you improve your credit score, prepare for homeownership, complete or advance your education, and much more.
Gail Riggins and Ann Ring are THRIVE service coordinators that have more than 30 years of combined experience. Riggins has worked with CHP clients for nearly 20 years and acts as a mentor, coach, and accountability partner for the clients she serves. Ring specializes in serving CHP elderly and disabled clientele and has 13 years of experience serving the non-profit sector.
